Agenda Taking Shape for Wine Bloggers’ Conference 2013

by on January 29, 2013

Have you looked at the agenda lately for #WBC13?

It’s shaping up to be quite an event this summer in Penticton, B.C. as wine bloggers from around North America (and beyond) gather for the 6th annual Wine Bloggers’ Conference.

We’ll be officially announcing our Keynote speakers in the coming days – so stay tuned for that. And in addition to some very compelling content sessions on blogging, social media, and wine, we are excited to add two new elements this year:

First is a “Block Session” on Saturday where attendees will have a choice between two 2.5 hour long workshops. One will be a professionally led photography workshop, and the other will be a seminar on becoming an accredited wine judge.

And unless you’ve registered for WBC13 already, you are likely not aware of the 2nd new element this year. We are mixing up our excursion experience and adding a few that involve activities like hiking or kayaking – in addition to wine! Upon registration, you’ll be asked to rate excursions based on preference. You’ll be able to chose between an active excursion or a more “traditional” excursion, and we’ll do our best to accommodate 1st choice for everyone (the earlier you sign up, the better your chance of getting your 1st choice!).
